Sun - Thurs: 10pm or 3pm – 11pm - Training: M-F 7am-3pm
Tues – Sat: 2pm – 10pm or 3pm – 11pm or 4 pm -12 am - Training M-F 7am-3pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers. Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.
Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
TS/SCI CLEARANCE WITH POLY REQUIRED
Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.
Education:
HS/GED and 15 years of experience
Bachelors and 10 years of experience
IAT Level 1 – CEH, A+, Network+
Mandatory Skills: Customer Service Data Entry Microsoft Office Windows
Desired Skills: Active Directory ServiceNow Ticketing System
