SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT V

Seeking a leader to perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation to include but not limited to the following abilities:
• Evaluates alternatives including cost and risk.
• Supportability and analyses for total systems.  
• Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.

ENTERPRISE IT SERVICE CENTER - TIER 1

Responds to internal and external IT Service Requests for IT service on both Unix and NT servers. Provides user notification of receipt of Web- or email-submitted requests. Logs and tracks inquiries using service request management database, and maintains history records and related documentation. Promptly categorizes, generates, routes and escalates, when necessary, customer requests that are escalated beyond the ITSC area of responsibility.

ENTERPRISE IT SERVICE CENTER - TIER 2

Provides remote system administration support, system maintenance, and operation of Windows/Unix workstations.
Troubleshoots problems and applies resolutions remotely. Resolves desktop problems and service requests such as software installs remotely using tools such as SMS, Remote Desktop Connection, Active Directory, etc.

SYSTEMS ENGINEER SR. III

CS is seeking a strong analytical and problem solving System Engineer with proven ability to multi-task and to prioritize rapidly-changing task assignments. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment. Successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with visualization concepts, understands architecture and has an understanding of Rest API, JMS messaging services. Knowledge of identity management tools is a plus.

Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.

SYSTEMS ENGINEER SR. IV

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR III

 Provide assistance in all aspects of network management from network design through implementation, maintenance and upgrading of existing networks; specification, and related documents and implements communication system requirements to support the distributed functionality of an enclave environment.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR IV

Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems while providing training/assistance to local technicians on course deployment and deployed sites.

DIGITAL SERVICES - REMOTE SUPPORT

SERVER SERVICES - SYSTEM ADMIN

Operational support of the on-site Application Hosting infrastructure, to include not only support of the
virtual environment but also as needed “smart hands” support to the system hardware which houses the virtual environment.

ACTIVE DIRECTORY - SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Plans, conducts and oversees the technical aspects of projects; coordinates the efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects.
Applies advanced methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of the complex system requirements and problems.

DIGITAL SERVICES - DSOC - SME

Provides remote system administration support, system maintenance, and operation of Windows/Unix workstations.

DIGITAL SERVICES - WEB SERVICES ENGINEER

Participates in the design, maintenance, troubleshooting, enhancement, coding, and administration of relational databases.
Analyzes and determines information needs and elements, data relationships and attributes, data flow and storage requirements, and data output and reporting capabilities.

DIGITAL SERVICES- DESKTOP SERVICES  ENGINEER

 Independently provides technical interpretation and solutions in the management of networks, software, configurations, and architectures.

Troubleshoots system software specific issues. Performs software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR II

Seeking Linux Systems Administrator motivated to learn new things to join our team in support of the deployment, and sustainment of critical systems. Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations (Tier 1 / 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution), installing and maintaining operating systems, configuring and installing hardware/software, troubleshooting, and sustaining the operational health of the infrastructure.

SYSTEMS ARCHITECT IV

Successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with visualization concepts, understands architecture and has an understanding of Rest API, JMS messaging services. Knowledge of identity management tools is a plus.

SENIOR HPC SYSTEM ADMIN

Installation, configuration, tuning, troubleshooting and administration of:
o Multi-vendor servers running numerous COTS, opensource, and in-house applications to accommodate HPC Division IT support requirements
o Multi-vendor servers running Red Hat of SuSe with direct attached, FC SAN storage or SSDs (etc.)

MID-LEVEL SYSTEMS MONITORING ANALYST

Experience shall include installation, configuration, and networking of UNIX and/or NT based platforms. This experience shall include: creating, modifying and deleting user accounts, performing system back-ups, and maintaining system configuration files.

LINUX SERVER SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

This experience shall include installation, configuration, and networking o+F13f Linux and/or Windows based platforms.  


• Servers running Red Hat, CentOS, SolarisX64, SuSe, with direct attached and FC SAN storage

• Server and Blade systems and associated interconnects (SAD, FC, TCP/IP, etc.), firmware management, configuration management and advance hardware troubleshooting (etc.)

SENIOR STORAGE ADMINISTRATOR

Experience shall include installation, configuration, and networking of UNIX and/or NT based platforms. This experience shall include: creating, modifying and deleting user accounts, performing system back-ups, and maintaining system configuration files. Individual shall have a fundamental understanding of operating systems and be familiar with either UNIX or NT commands or utilities at the user level.

SENIOR NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

SENIOR NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR shall have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (CS), Information Systems, or Network Engineering and at least five (5) years of demonstrable experience in network (LAN/WAN) configuration, monitoring, security, and protection. Or the individual shall have five (5) years of full time CS work that can be substituted for the Bachelor' s degree and at least five (5) years of demonstrable experience in network (LAN/WAN) configuration, monitoring, security, and protection.

STORAGE SYSTEM ADMIN

Experience shall include installation, configuration, and networking of UNIX and/or NT based platforms. SRE ENGINEER

In this role, candidates will create and maintain operations of site reliability engineering (SRE) efforts on multi-user High Performance Computing (HPC) systems using a variety of configuration management, IT monitoring, and automation tools within a Linux environment (RedHat, CentOS). Candidates will work to create a new Nagios Alerting Database, new SRE Database, and develop an effective consistent SRE automation protocol.
