Business Developer

Reporting to the President, the Business Developer is responsible for all cradle-to-grave business development processes to include development, generation and closure of new business opportunities within Government (Federal, State & Local) and Commercial sectors. Main responsibilities include seeking and acquiring new projects and opportunities, supporting bids and proposal efforts, developing, coordinating and implementing marketing plans and activities designed to maintain and increase existing business, and managing opportunities pipeline.

Web Designer II

CS is seeking a hardworking, self-motivated individual to support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.  Candidate shall have experience in building and maintaining Web applications/software both physical and virtual.  An understanding of Cloud Computing is necessary

Enterprise IT Service Center - Tier 1

Responds to internal and external IT Service Requests for IT service on both Unix and NT servers. Provides user notification of receipt of Web- or email-submitted requests. Logs and tracks inquiries using service request management database, and maintains history records and related documentation. Promptly categorizes, generates, routes and escalates, when necessary, customer requests that are escalated beyond the ITSC area of responsibility.

Enterprise IT Service Center - Tier 2

Provides remote system administration support, system maintenance, and operation of Windows/Unix workstations.
Troubleshoots problems and applies resolutions remotely. Resolves desktop problems and service requests such as software installs remotely using tools such as SMS, Remote Desktop Connection, Active Directory, etc.

Systems Engineer IV

Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.

Systems Engineer Sr. IV

CS is seeking a strong analytical and problem solving System Engineer with proven ability to multi-task and to prioritize rapidly-changing task assignments. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment. 
Successfully candidate will have demonstrated experience with visualization concepts, understands architecture and has an understanding of Rest API, JMS messaging services. Knowledge of identity management tools is a plus.

 Provide assistance in all aspects of network management from network design through implementation, maintenance and upgrading of existing networks; specification, and related documents and implements communication system requirements to support the distributed functionality of an enclave environment.

Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems while providing training/assistance to local technicians on course deployment and deployed sites.

Network Engineer Advisor

The role requires a technically savvy engineering expert who can troubleshoot existing complex F5 implementations and lead in the design and implementation of new enterprise-wide or global F5, GTM, LTM and BIG-IQ product deployments. A deep technical understanding of F5 Application Delivery Network technology pillars including availability, performance, and Security solutions.

Developing and supporting enterprise solutions (with an emphasis on enterprises with a global footprint) that provide improved server provisioning speed, consistency, and traceability; preferably solutions incorporating and/or utilizing the Microfocus OpsBridge suite.

Help Desk – Foss/Software Central

Issue, allocate and verify license entitlements for software products. Verify and validate software manufacturer, name, and version information. Review all software licensing agreements for software download from the internet.
