Subject Matter Expert V

This Subject Matter Expert (SME) position supports the back-end of a next generation end user environment that combines a standard modern Windows based Desktop and Office Automation, with Unified Communications through a virtual environment.  It brings improvements to desktop reliability, security, efficiency, and performance.  With tools for creating, connecting, and collaborating, this environment allows managers, engineers, analysts, and other user groups to focus on their job, while this program provides the necessary IT support to include a focus on the various Citrix elements.

Enterprise IT Service Center - Accounts

Responds to internal and external IT Service Requests for IT service on both Unix and NT servers. Provides user notification of receipt of Web- or email-submitted requests. Logs and tracks inquiries using service request management database, and maintains history records and related documentation. Promptly categorizes, generates, routes and escalates, when necessary, customer requests that are escalated beyond the ITSC area of responsibility. This position will include account creation, modification, and deletion responsibilities.

System Engineer Sr. V

CS is seeking a strong analytical and problem solving System Engineer with proven ability to multi-task and to prioritize rapidly-changing task assignments.  Candidate shall have strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.

Web Designer II

Ticket Management - Workflow/Queue Coordinator

As a member of the enterprise Storage and Database Hosting team, the Senior Database Administrator is responsible for keeping Oracle RAC and SQL server databases up and running fast, troubleshooting database errors, performance tuning inefficient database code, creating Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases, managing database storage, migrating databases from Solaris servers to Linux servers, setup Oracle Wallet and manage certificates.
