LOCATION: Annapolis Junction, MD | Shifts: Sun-Thurs 7 am-3 pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside
customers.
Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.
Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment.
Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
TS/SCI CLEARANCE WITH POLY REQUIRED
*IAT Level 1 Certification Required*
Experience:
HS or GED with 15 years of experience
Bachelors with 10 years of experience
Mandatory Skills:
Customer Service Data Entry
Microsoft Office
Windows
Desired Skills:
Active Directory
ServiceNow Ticketing System
Certification (one of the following):
CompTIA A+ CE, CompTIA Network+ CE
Salary:
The likely salary range is up to $105K. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
