DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate as a security engineering representative on engineering teams for the design, development, implementation and/or integration of IA architecture(s), systems, or system components.
Participate as the primary security engineering representative on engineering teams for the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and/or integration of secure networking, computing, and enclave environments.
Apply knowledge of IA policy, procedures, and workforce structure to design, develop, and implement secure networking, computing, and enclave environments.
Interact with the customer and other project team members.
Support the client in the enforcement of the design and implementation of trusted relationships among external systems and architectures.
Support security planning, assessment, risk analysis, and risk management.
Identify overall security requirements for the proper handling of client data.
EXPERIENCE
Experience as an ISSE on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity required.
Seven (7) years of ISSE experience or eleven (11) years' experience in lieu of degree.
REQUIREMENTS
Position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.
DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE Level 2 is required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.Â
Salary:
The likely salary range is up to $185K. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
