System Administrator - Level 2

Position Details

LOCATION: Annapolis Junction, MD | Sunday – Thursday 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm Training will be M-F between 6:30am-3pm or Tuesday - Saturday 1400- 2200/1500-2300/1600-0000 Training will be M-F between 6:30am-3pm

 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside

customers.

Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts.

Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.

Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.

Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced

environment.

Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.



REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE


TS/SCI CLEARANCE WITH POLY REQUIRED

*IAT Level II Certification Required*


Experience:

HS or GED with 15 years of experience

Bachelors with 10 years of experience


Mandatory:

Customer Service

Data Entry

Microsoft Office Windows


Desired:

Active Directory

ServiceNow Ticketing System


Certification (one of the following):

CompTIA A+ CE, CompTIA Network+ CE

GWGES-0048 - Tues-Sat
