System Administrator – Level 0

Position Details

LOCATION: Annapolis Junction, MD | SHIFT: 10am-6pm Mon-Fri Shift | Training will be M-F 6am-2pm


 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.

May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.

Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend

solutions.

Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites.

Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud

infrastructure.



REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

TS/SCI CLEARANCE WITH POLY REQUIRED


Mandatory Skills:

Customer service

ServiceNow Ticketing System


Experience:

HS or GED with 5 Years

Bachelor's degree with 0 Years


Accepted professional certifications include:

CompTIA A+ CE, CompTIA Network+ CE
