Outside Sales Representative

Position Details

LOCATION: Washington Metropolitan Area


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be immersed in an interactive product sales training program that will allow you to effectively sell to customers. You will also be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining existing customer relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Drive business impact by conducting lead generation and innovative campaigns to attract customers.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales.

  • Work in tandem with the Business Development team lead.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.

  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive activities to develop effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals and targets.


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Assertive and positive attitude with professional appearance.

  • Must have genuine interest in how technology can drive business outcome.

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making and excellent time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, multi-task and work well under pressure.

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years prior outside sales and Reseller experience in a high-tech sales environment with a demonstrated track record of success in driving customer adoption of technology.
