Health Benefits
CS is dedicated to the health and well being of both you and your family. We have assembled a comprehensive, quality health insurance program that includes medical and dental coverage. CS currently offers a HMO with Open Access with zero deductible. Eligibility begins on first day of employment

Disability Benefits

Long Term Disability Insurance
If you are a full-time, regular employee, you will be eligible to participate in the CS long-term disability (LTD) plan. Disability insurance is designed to assist you with your income should you become partially or totally disabled and are unable to perform the essential functions of your job. Long Term disability insurance is an optional voluntary benefit paid through payroll deductions.

Short Term Disability Insurance
CS offers optional voluntary Short Term Disability Insurance to all eligible employees paid through payroll deductions.

Life Insurance Program
CS offers optional voluntary life insurance to all of its employees equal to 1x their regular annual salary (up to $150,000) which is payable to their beneficiary (ies) in the event of their death. Employees may also purchase additional life insurance at group rates, which is paid through payroll deductions.

Employee Retirement Savings (401k)
Eligible employees may participate in the 401k retirement savings program effective on the first day of the calendar quarter following their 90th day of employment with CS. Within IRS guidelines, the 401k programs enable employees to save up to 15% of pay on a tax-deferred basis for retirement. Some of the features of the plan include investment elections from many diverse funds, loan capabilities, and convenient transaction processing by telephone.

CS believes that our employees are best served if they take advantage of all means available to plan for their retirement. In order to encourage maximum participation in the retirement savings program, CS offers to all eligible employees a matching contribution that will be made to all participating employees' 401k funds. CS will contribute a percentage of employees’ contribution up to 3%. Eligibility begins after 1yr of employment.

Holidays
CS observes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Paid Time Off
CS is dedicated to having a flexible leave policy in which you can get maximum benefit from your allotted paid time off. Eligible employees accrue paid time off (PTO) for each month of service. Full-time employees are eligible for paid time off (PTO) however; Part-time employees are not eligible for paid time off (PTO). PTO is calculated according to your employee class and anniversary date as follows:

Employee Referral Program
At CS, we know that our current employees are our best source for attracting and hiring new employees. In order to encourage our employees to refer qualified candidates, CS offers up to $1,500 for every new candidate referred who is hired. Bonus amounts vary based on the type of the position filled as well as the number of referred candidates hired per individual employee.

Computer Purchase Program
CS will provide an interest free loan up to $2,000 for the purchase of a personal computer (including related software and equipment). Semi-monthly payroll deductions are used for loan repayment. Eligibility begins after 90 calendar days of employment.
